About Greg Carlson
Greg Carlson is one of New York's most experienced and well-known
property managers. In more than 25 years as a real estate professional,
he has also earned a sterling reputation as one of the nation's
leading advocates of cooperative and condominium housing. Below
are just a few of his professional achievements and affiliations:
1998 RAM of the Year
Greg Carlson was named 1998 RAM of the Year by the National Association
of Home Builders (NAHB)'s Multifamily Council during the annual
Pillars of Industry Awards. He was cited in the May/June 1998 issue
of Multi-Housing News as "always being available to his fellow
RAMs for advice about any management issue" and for "believing
in better housing for all Americans."
